Work as a warehouse operative in Montfoort, picking, packing and dispatching online orders. You will check incoming goods, load and unload trucks, and keep the warehouse safe and tidy. Day shifts, 40 hours a week; a permanent contract subject to satisfactory performance.
The role
At our client company in Montfoort, you will prepare online orders accurately and on time. The role combines order fulfilment with general warehouse work.
Your duties include:
- Pick and pack orders and prepare them for dispatch.
- Load and unload trucks, check incoming goods and store them in the correct locations.
- Register shipments with the carrier and prepare them for collection.
- Keep the warehouse tidy, safe and well organised.
- Suggest ways to make the work more efficient.
What you bring
- You work accurately and make sure each order contains the correct item.
- You can lift boxes weighing 20 kg.
- You can work independently and contribute to a team.
- You speak Dutch or English.
- Experience with a pallet truck, forklift or warehouse management system (WMS) is an advantage. If you do not have experience, training is provided.
- You live near Montfoort or can travel there easily.
Hours and offer
Full-time, 40 hours per week on day shifts, with no night work.
You will receive good pay based on a 40-hour week, 8% holiday allowance, travel-cost reimbursement and a pension. A permanent contract is offered subject to satisfactory performance.
You will work in a small team with direct contact with the supervisor. There are opportunities to progress, for example, to team leader or project coordinator.
