Receive, check and handle goods in a warehouse in Heemskerk. This full-time role includes picking orders, updating stock records and preparing shipments.
The role
As a warehouse operative at our client company, you will play an important part in the logistics process. You will receive, check and store goods, then prepare them for dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Unpack and pack goods.
- Check incoming deliveries.
- Pick orders using a scanner or forklift.
- Prepare orders for dispatch.
- Update stock records in the system.
- Keep the workplace clean and safe.
What you bring
- MBO-level vocational education.
- Warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- You are physically fit and practical.
- You have a basic command of Dutch, including reading and writing.
- You work accurately and collaborate well with others.
- A forklift certificate is an advantage; you can also be willing to obtain one.
