The role
Our client company in Harlingen, Fryslân, maintains and assembles trucks and trailers. You organise the warehouse, assign each item a fixed storage location and monitor stock so that the required parts are available.
In consultation with mechanics, you order parts. You receive deliveries, register the items and put them away. For each job, you pick the parts the mechanic needs.
This is a new position. By agreement, there may be scope to take on additional tasks that suit your strengths, such as technical work alongside warehouse duties or customer contact and sales tasks.
What you bring
- Relevant vocational diploma, for example in logistics or a technical field
- Forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Interest in technology and knowledge of trucks (essential)
- Accurate way of working and a team-oriented attitude
- Living within commuting distance of Harlingen
