Our client company in Emmen is looking for a warehouse operative to receive goods, pick orders, manage stock and prepare deliveries to its locations. Day shifts, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The role
You will work in the central warehouse of our client company in Emmen, Drenthe. Your duties include receiving and checking incoming goods, including sterile items, packing goods, picking orders and preparing items for delivery to different locations within the organization.
You will also record inventory data, check stock and carry out stock counts. From time to time, you will contact external suppliers and internal customers, and help with other logistics tasks as needed.
Working hours
You will work 36 hours per week on day shifts, Monday to Friday. Working hours are approximately 08:00 to 16:30. The roster is flexible and published well in advance. Duties vary between shifts, so teamwork and coordination are important.
What you bring
- You are enthusiastic and have completed a logistics vocational qualification at MBO level, or have relevant knowledge and experience at that level.
- Experience with automatic replenishment systems is an advantage.
- You follow guidelines and procedures and can resolve problems effectively.
- You are service-minded, attentive and organized, with a customer-, quality- and results-oriented approach.
- You have administrative aptitude and logistics skills, and work well with others, coordinating tasks effectively.
- You are comfortable in a working environment that values commitment, innovation and collaboration.
