Prepare and pick orders, scan goods for dispatch, move pallets with an electric pallet truck, and check stock in Eindhoven. Gross pay: €14.16–€17.23 per hour.
The role
At our client company in Eindhoven, you will support day-to-day warehouse operations. You will prepare, pick and assemble orders, scan barcodes to make goods ready for dispatch, and load and unload goods using an electric pallet truck. You will check stock, flag discrepancies and carry out stock counts. You will also retrieve and put away pallets using a reach truck, combi truck or high-bay truck.
You will work with the team to deliver accurate, measurable results. Working hours, shift pattern and total hours have not been specified. Flexibility is needed at peak times, including overtime and covering colleagues when required.
What you bring
- You live in the Eindhoven region.
- You have a good command of spoken and written Dutch, or speak English well.
- Warehouse or dispatch experience and experience using scanners are useful but not required. Experience with an electric pallet truck is an advantage.
- You work accurately, with drive and care, and bring a positive, flexible and open attitude.
- You can handle busy periods and light repetitive work, are a team player, and are willing to roll up your sleeves.
What is offered?
- Gross hourly pay of €14.16 to €17.23, in line with the collective agreement for professional road freight transport.
- Gross monthly pay of €2,463 to €2,997 is also listed for a full-time position.
- With good performance, there is the prospect of a permanent contract; other contract details have not been specified.
- Travel allowance under the collective agreement: €0.23 per kilometre, for a one-way distance of up to 35 km.
