The role
Our client company is looking for a warehouse operative for a production environment in Dordrecht, South Holland. You will help ensure the smooth receipt, storage and dispatch of materials and products, and prepare materials for production.
Your duties
- Receive, check and store incoming goods.
- Put materials in the correct locations, check stock and report shortages.
- Pick and prepare materials for production.
- Pick, inspect and pack finished products.
- Prepare orders for dispatch and register and process parcels and shipments.
- Load and unload goods.
- Maintain order, cleanliness and safety in the warehouse and assist with other logistics tasks.
What you bring
- MBO-level working and thinking skills.
- An accurate, structured approach and a practical, hands-on attitude.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintain an overview and set priorities.
- An eye for order and cleanliness, and the physical ability to perform warehouse work.
- Warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. A forklift certificate is also an advantage.
