A client company in Arnhem is seeking a warehouse operative. You handle incoming goods and orders, help customers load goods and unload trucks using a forklift. Warehouse experience and an interest in working with customers are important; a forklift certificate is an advantage.
The role
At a client company in Arnhem, Gelderland, you will support logistics at the site. The role combines warehouse work, customer contact and administration.
- Help customers load goods and unload trucks using a forklift.
- Record incoming goods and put them away in the warehouse.
- Process orders, prepare quotations and follow up on them by phone when needed.
- Occasionally cover at another location to support colleagues.
What you bring
- Experience with warehouse work.
- An interest in working with customers.
- Experience in a DIY store or interest in that type of work.
- MBO-level education and confidence using computers.
- Good spoken and written Dutch.
- A forklift certificate is an advantage, but not required.
