The role
As a warehouse logistics worker, you coordinate incoming and outgoing goods flows at our client company in Waalwijk. You manage stock and oversee the process from receipt and storage through to dispatch. The role is varied, with scope to organise some of your work independently.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general warehouse duties and maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Identify expected delivery delays and stock shortages and report them to the appropriate parties.
- Receive and dispatch parcels correctly.
- Welcome customers at the warehouse, handle small deliveries to customers there and, when needed, refer them to the sales department.
- Place and/or exchange products and related items at customer locations according to the route list.
- Prepare work to support the technical service department and workshop.
- Keep the department orderly and clean and follow safety instructions.
What you bring
- LBO+/MBO level of work and thinking.
- Training in warehouse management is an advantage.
- Technical knowledge and aptitude.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Good communication skills.
- Category B driving licence.
