The role
A client company in Helmond, North Brabant, is looking for a warehouse logistics worker for a full-time day-shift position. You will handle large, heavy products in the warehouse. The work is varied and active, with plenty of walking.
What you will do
- Pick orders using handheld scanners and locate products in the warehouse.
- Use a forklift and/or reach truck to retrieve larger products from storage racks.
- Prepare orders for dispatch and enter them into the computer system.
- Load and unload trucks handling incoming and outgoing goods.
- Keep your work area clean and tidy and follow safe working practices.
What you bring
- The ability to work independently and get on with tasks.
- The ability to use computers and handheld scanners.
- Good mental arithmetic skills.
- Forklift and reach-truck certificates are useful. If you do not have them, you can obtain them through the client company.
