Work in a warehouse in Nijkerk, loading and unloading trailers and moving goods with an EPT or pallet stacker. This is a 40-hour week on a variable schedule with afternoon/evening and night shifts.
The role
Our client in Nijkerk (Gelderland) is looking for a warehouse logistics operative for transshipment. You will work in the warehouse and help load and unload trailers safely and on time.
What you will do
- Load and unload trailers.
- Move goods using an electric pallet truck (EPT) or pallet stacker.
- Put goods in the correct places and work with loading lists.
- Check that goods are safely and neatly positioned for transport.
- Work with colleagues to complete tasks on time.
Working hours
You will work 40 hours per week on a variable schedule covering afternoon/evening and night shifts. The afternoon/evening shift runs from 14:00 to 23:00.
What you bring
- Experience in logistics and demonstrable warehouse experience.
- Experience using an EPT or pallet stacker and a valid certificate for one of these types of equipment.
- Work and reasoning skills at MAVO level.
- The ability to speak Dutch.
- You notice what needs doing, maintain a good pace and stay calm and work safely when it is busy.
- You work neatly and collaborate well with colleagues.
