Pick and process warehouse orders in Gouda, register incoming goods and help drivers load vans. Day shifts, 32–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Gross pay: €2,651–€3,212 per month based on 40 hours.
The role
At our client company in Gouda, Zuid-Holland, you will work as a warehouse logistics operative in a distribution centre. You will pick orders and prepare them for dispatch, making sure they are complete and ready on time. You will also help drivers load their vans.
Your duties
- Pick the items for orders and prepare them for delivery.
- Register incoming goods and put them in the correct locations.
- Process consignments, print labels and check orders.
- Work closely with warehouse colleagues and communicate with other branches, suppliers and customers by phone and email.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organised, and carry out periodic stock checks and waste handling.
Working hours
This is a day-shift role for 32–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You must be available during the distribution centre’s opening hours: Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 17:30. Opening hours may temporarily change.
What you bring
- Working and thinking skills at least at MBO level.
- The physical ability to lift products.
- Good communication skills.
- A good command of Dutch.
- Availability during the stated opening hours.
What is offered
- A temporary 7-month contract, with the aim of offering a permanent contract afterwards.
- 32–40 hours per week.
- Gross pay of €2,651–€3,212 per month based on a 40-hour week, depending on knowledge, experience and education. For applicants under 21, pay is age-based and above the statutory minimum wage.
- 24 days of annual leave, with the option to add 6 or 12 extra days off.
