A client company in Venlo is seeking a logistics warehouse employee. You will load and unload trucks with a forklift, supply production departments and manage stock. The role is 40 hours per week; a forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one is required.
The role
At our client company in Venlo, Limburg, you support the flow of goods around production. You load and unload trucks using a forklift, supply production departments and prepare products for dispatch. The work combines physical tasks with stock management and optional administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Put away and organize stock.
- Carry out ordering rounds for consumables.
- Put away new stock, complete final stock counts and keep stock lists up to date.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area, carry out daily practical tasks such as changing waste containers, and apply 5S principles.
- If interested, take on additional administrative work, including recording production data, preparing delivery notes and CMR documents, and archiving and maintaining logistics records.
Hours and schedule
You work 40 hours per week. No specific shift pattern is provided.
What you bring
- A valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Basic Excel skills, such as entering and updating lists.
- Good spoken and written Dutch.
- An independent and accurate approach to work.
- A strong sense of responsibility for safety, order and cleanliness.
