Pick, check, pack and dispatch warehouse orders in Drunen. Work with scanners, high-bay cabinet systems and ERP, receive incoming goods and replenish stock. Late shift with occasional evening work; €2,500–€2,850 gross per month on a full-time basis.

The role

As a Warehouse Logistics Associate at our client company in Drunen, North Brabant, you make sure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time. You work carefully and keep track of priorities, especially on busy days when orders need to be ready by late afternoon.

What you’ll do

  • Pick orders. Most stock is stored in high cabinet systems that automatically bring the correct drawer forward; for some orders, you use a scanner or pick items from a pallet.
  • At the packing station, check items and quantities against the packing list, choose a suitable box, apply the label and prepare the order for collection by the delivery service.
  • Unpack incoming goods, check them against the packing list, record them in the ERP system and put them away in the warehouse.
  • Replenish the cabinet systems from bulk stock on the racking.
  • Coordinate with the order desk when an order needs to be entered or changed, and help the technical team when they need an item from the warehouse.

Shift and schedule

You work the late shift and need to be willing to work occasional evenings. Orders must be ready by late afternoon, and the delivery service collects them at the end of the day.

What you bring

  • VMBO/MBO-level work and thinking ability; a logistics qualification is an advantage, but not essential.
  • A reach truck certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Good spoken and written Dutch.
  • An accurate approach and willingness to work occasional evenings.

What’s offered

  • Gross pay of €2,500–€2,850 per month on a full-time basis, depending on your knowledge and experience.
  • 30 vacation days, with the option to purchase 5 additional days.
  • Comprehensive internal training and onboarding.
  • €750 per year for job-related professional development.
  • A good pension scheme with a 55% employer contribution.
  • A bicycle leasing plan and tax-advantaged sports options.
  • The opportunity to progress to Logistics Specialist and then Logistics Coordinator.
