Work as a forklift operator in a warehouse in Helmond. Handle goods, stock and orders. The role is 40 hours a week on a one-year fixed-term contract, with possible early or late shifts from Monday to Thursday.
The role
As a forklift operator, you will work in the warehouse of our client company in Helmond. Together with your colleagues, you will help keep goods moving accurately and ensure incoming goods, stock and orders are processed properly.
Your tasks
- Receive, check and register incoming goods.
- Carry out picking, put-away and replenishment tasks: pick goods, place them in storage locations and replenish stock.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Label incoming and outgoing goods.
- Prepare orders for production and transport.
- Monitor product quality and help maintain accurate stock records, levels and locations.
- Contribute to targets for timeliness, completeness, productivity and costs.
Hours and shifts
You work 40 hours per week. The regular schedule is during the day. From Monday to Thursday, an early or late shift may apply instead; you work either the early or the late shift, not both. The late shift runs from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; the early shift ends at 3:00 p.m. On Fridays, the hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. An 11% salary supplement applies when working the adjusted shifts.

- VMBO-level work and thinking skills.
- Experience as a forklift operator; a forklift certificate is required.
- Experience with WMS systems is an advantage.
- Spatial awareness and the ability to plan work.
- A driven, positive and team-oriented attitude.
- A strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
- A careful, quality-conscious approach and the ability to keep an overview.
- Proficiency in Dutch.
- A hands-on, results-focused approach.
