This Nuth role covers receiving and checking goods, order picking, loading and unloading, and stock control in dry and frozen storage. It offers 32–40 hours a week, with day and weekend shifts; availability from Monday through Saturday is required.
The role
At our client company in Nuth, you and your colleagues handle dispatch for the dry-storage and frozen-storage areas. You receive and inspect incoming goods, put them away correctly, pick orders for branches and customers from order lists, load and unload trucks, manage stock using FIFO, and complete logistics documents.
Work environment and schedule
Work takes place at 4–7 °C; the freezer area is at −18 °C. The schedule includes day and weekend shifts. You must be available from Monday through Saturday; working hours are generally between 07:00 and 17:00.
What you bring
- Experience in a similar role.
- An orderly, flexible and accurate approach, along with a positive attitude.
- Experience using an electric pallet truck and a stacker truck; forklift experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety requirements.
- A customer-friendly manner and good interpersonal skills.
- The ability to cope with a busy work floor.
- A good command of Dutch, German and/or English is preferred.
- Flexibility and availability from Monday through Saturday.
