The role
As warehouse and dispatch team leader at our client company in Amersfoort, you lead a team of drivers and warehouse staff. You coordinate day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations and help ensure orders are processed and sent on time.
You help improve and streamline working methods, and work alongside the team when needed.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare staff schedules.
- Ensure warehouse work is carried out correctly.
- Maintain working-hours records and stock administration.
- Support the team and step in on operational tasks when needed.
- Contribute to improving and streamlining work processes.
Schedule
You should be willing to work occasionally on Saturdays.
What you bring
- Work and thinking ability at least at MBO level.
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch.
- Experience working in a warehouse.
- Good command of Word and Excel.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
