The role
You coordinate the daily work in the warehouse and cutting department. You lead employees and help ensure that logistics operations run smoothly.
You coordinate the goods flow from inbound and warehousing through to outbound shipments for domestic and international destinations. You also arrange the movement of raw materials to and from production lines and internal transport between departments.
You continuously improve logistics routes, the warehouse layout and procedures. You prepare a weekly staff plan based on expected order volumes and deliveries. You establish KPIs, report on them and follow up on actions.
What you bring
- MBO-level work and thinking skills.
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- You are comfortable using automation systems and understand project-based working.
- You enjoy leading, coaching and motivating employees.
- You communicate openly and clearly and have good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You are available to work 40 hours per week.
