The role
Our client company in Manaus is looking for a warehouse associate to handle materials and products and support production supply. The role covers goods receipt, storage, stock control and issuing materials.
Responsibilities
- Check incoming materials and products against orders and record receipts in the system.
- Store raw materials and finished products according to internal procedures.
- Pick and distribute materials to production against a requisition or production order.
- Carry out periodic stock counts, comparing physical quantities with system records.
- Deliver materials to customers when needed.
- Keep the storage area clean and orderly, and handle, move and store materials carefully.
- Operate an electric reach truck to move, store and retrieve materials, following safety procedures.
- Invoice materials and products according to internal procedures, and handle dispatch and checks of raw materials and finished products.
What you bring
- Completed secondary education.
- Forklift operator course.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in stock control and counting, storage and material handling, including processes involving raw materials.
- Technical education is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse work, logistics and inventory control is preferred.
