The role
As a warehouse assistant with our client company in Heerhugowaard, you will coordinate the flow of parts and handle the related warehouse logistics. You will be an important link between the warehouse and the internal workshop, helping work move along smoothly.
Your duties include checking and processing ordered parts, recording deliveries and unpacking incoming goods, sometimes with colleagues. You will maintain records for orders, back orders and invoices for parts. You will also keep the internal workshop supplied, liaise with external parties and provide internal advice when needed.
Hours and working environment
The role is flexible and may involve a few hours of work each day; the exact arrangement can be discussed. You will have your own workstation and considerable freedom in how you carry out the work.
