Combine warehouse duties with cutting and processing plastic semi-finished products in Den Bosch. Load and unload trucks, inspect goods and move materials. Day shift, 24–40 hours per week; previous experience is not required.
The role
You will combine warehouse work with cutting and processing plastic semi-finished products to size. You will prepare materials for wholesale customers and internal production departments. You will receive a thorough induction and gradually build up to working independently.
What you will do
- Load and unload trucks with a forklift, moving sheets, bars and tubes to storage racks.
- Check incoming goods for quality.
- Operate a modern CNC panel saw and prepare suitable cutting plans.
- Learn to plane, profile and cross-cut material using equipment such as a thickness planer, profile milling machine and cut-off saw.
- Measure finished parts accurately, carry out visual checks and record details in the saw-area software.
- Move materials to the right production departments.
- Once you can set up a machine correctly, guide colleagues on safety, quality and work instructions.
- Keep the work area tidy and contribute to improvement sessions every two weeks, focused on reducing waste and improving work methods.
What you bring
- A practical, sociable and responsible approach, with care for neat work.
- Comfort with physical work, initiative and the ability to organise your tasks efficiently.
- Experience with wood, metal or plastic processing is an advantage, but not essential.
- A forklift certificate is an advantage, not a requirement.
- Previous experience is not required; you are willing to learn.
Hours and offer
- Day shift, 24–40 hours per week. The weekly hours and working times can be agreed; a 40-hour week is possible.
- For someone aged 21 or over without relevant training or work experience, starting pay is from €2,700 gross per month based on 40 hours a week. Pay for 18-year-olds is based on age and experience. A qualification in woodworking or metalworking means a higher starting salary; development is also reflected in pay. The stated salary excludes travel expenses.
