Lead a warehouse and packing team in an automated food-production setting in Obdam. Full-time role: 38 hours a week on a rotating three-shift schedule.
The role
At a client company in Obdam, North Holland, you coordinate the warehouse and packing department alongside the other team leaders. You organize the work so the team can operate efficiently and report to the operations manager.
Responsibilities
- Prepare work, assign tasks and give instructions.
- Monitor progress and work quality, address problems and set priorities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health and HACCP requirements.
- Directly lead employees and handle personnel matters for the department.
- Carry out and check warehouse duties.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Working hours
Full time, 38 hours a week on a three-shift schedule. Shifts rotate between early, late and night: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 and 22:00–06:00.
What you bring
- MBO work-and-thinking level (Dutch intermediate vocational level).
- Several years of experience in a similar role.
- Affinity with technology and food products.
- Flexibility and willingness to work three shifts.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
