The role
A client company in Vlissingen is looking for a warehouse and dispatch team leader. You will lead the warehouse team, where orders for automotive parts are prepared for dispatch on the same day. You will report to the branch manager and help improve work processes. You need to be willing to work on some Saturdays.
- Prepare staff schedules.
- Ensure warehouse work is carried out correctly.
- Maintain working-hours records.
- Manage stock administration and inventory records.
- Work alongside the team and step in when needed.
What you bring
- A work-and-thinking level equivalent to at least Dutch MBO.
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch.
- Experience working in a warehouse.
- Good command of Word and Excel.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
