Lead stock control in a designated warehouse area in Crick, managing the team, workflow and inventory accuracy. Permanent, full-time role: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 16:00–00:00. Pay up to £2,750 per month plus shift allowance.
The role
We are recruiting for our client company in Crick. As Stock Control Team Leader, you will oversee a designated warehouse area, its processes and people, and maintain accurate stock records.
You will plan labour and activities for the shift, helping create a safe, efficient and positive working environment.
What you’ll do
- Lead the team and workflow in your assigned area.
- Ensure safe working practices are followed.
- Coach team members and support their development.
- Support the management of performance, conduct and absence.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs for accuracy, productivity and service.
- Maintain stock accuracy through counts, investigations and stock adjustments.
- Work with operations to keep stock flowing efficiently and respond to internal stock queries.
- Drive continuous improvement and support projects.
Hours and offer
This is a permanent, full-time role of 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 16:00–00:00. Flexibility is required during peak periods.
Pay is up to £2,750 per month, depending on skills and experience, plus a shift allowance.

What you bring
- Leadership experience, ideally in logistics, retail or e-commerce.
- Experience managing teams.
- Knowledge of a WMS such as JDA, and strong Excel skills.
- A background in stock control, inventory, production or quality.
- An accurate, quality-focused and improvement-minded approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate others.
- An analytical mindset and close attention to detail.
- Automation experience is an advantage.
