As a senior logistics operative in Zwolle, you will handle parcels and help coordinate the floor team. Work around 39 hours a week on afternoon, night and weekend shifts. Gross monthly salary: €2,501.82–€3,574.03.
The role
You will work at our client company's distribution depot in Zwolle, Overijssel. Operations run 24/7. As a senior logistics operative, you combine hands-on work on the floor with coordination. You monitor workflow and support the team leader with day-to-day team management. During your shift, you are a point of contact for colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload, scan and sort parcels.
- Guide and support colleagues.
- Monitor progress, quality and safety.
- Spot bottlenecks and help resolve them.
- Support or, when needed, cover for the team leader.
Schedule
You work 38.75 hours per week (around 39 hours) on a fixed roster of afternoon and night shifts, including weekend work. Usual shift times are 01:00–09:30 and 13:30–22:00. Night shifts are usually from Tuesday through Saturday morning; afternoon shifts are mainly Monday through Friday. Hours may vary slightly depending on operational demand.
What you bring
- MBO-level working and thinking skills.
- Experience in logistics, production or operations.
- Experience guiding colleagues is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- A hands-on, independent approach and good communication skills.
- Willingness to work afternoon and night shifts.
