The role
You will work at a distribution centre in Rosmalen, contributing hands-on to the operation while keeping an overview of the floor. You will recognise where support is needed, guide colleagues and work with the team to make sure everything is ready on time.
Working hours
- 32–36 hours per week, spread across four or five working days.
- Flexible availability on weekdays is required.
- An early start is part of the schedule.
What you bring
- Several years of experience in logistics, distribution or a warehouse.
- A strong sense of responsibility, an ability to keep an overview and clear communication.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure, set priorities and help colleagues.
- An accurate, safety-conscious and results-focused approach, with confidence using computers and logistics systems.
- Experience guiding colleagues.
- A reach truck certificate is an advantage. If you do not have one, the options can be discussed.
