The role
We are seeking a Senior Logistics Associate for a client company in Pijnacker. You will connect day-to-day warehouse operations with the team leaders, supporting daily coordination while working hands-on.
You will oversee processes from preparing goods for dispatch to handling returns. You will spot bottlenecks, monitor daily production targets and step in where needed. You will allocate tasks to colleagues scheduled for the shift, support and check their work, motivate them, and give proactive feedback to colleagues and the team leader.
Hours and shifts
This is a 38-hour-per-week role. The logistics operation runs seven days a week, with shifts between 08:00 and 00:30. Shifts vary and include late and weekend work. Shifts are scheduled in consultation; you will not work every weekend.
