Handle deliveries, stock and customer orders in a retail warehouse in Capelle aan den IJssel. Weekend work and availability for late-opening evenings are required. Starting pay is €2,420–€2,566 per month, plus an additional €100 monthly.
The role
As a retail warehouse operative, you help keep the warehouse organised. You receive deliveries, check the goods and put them in the correct locations. You pick customer orders accurately and ensure they are dispatched on time or made ready for customers. You also monitor stock and help maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
Alongside warehouse duties, you interact with customers, offer advice and contribute to a positive in-store experience. You work with the team, help maintain a safe working environment and train colleagues in safe working practices. You use tools and systems that support customer service.
Working hours
Work includes weekends and may include late shifts on evenings when the store stays open late. Rotas are flexible, with attention to work-life balance. Availability for weekend work and these late-opening evenings is important.
