The role
In a retail store in Gouda, you keep the stockroom organised and efficient. You receive deliveries, check goods and put them in the right place. You pick customer orders quickly and accurately, making sure they are sent out or made ready on time. You also keep track of stock and maintain an efficient layout.
You assist customers and offer advice, helping create a positive in-store experience. You work with the team to maintain a safe workplace and train colleagues in safe working practices. You learn new tools and systems and contribute ideas for improvements.
Schedule
The rota includes weekends and late shifts; late-opening evenings may also be part of it. Schedules are flexible, with attention to work-life balance.
