The role
As a retail logistics associate, you keep the warehouse organised and help ensure that goods and customer orders are processed efficiently. You also assist customers in the store and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive deliveries, check products and put them in the correct place.
- Pick customer orders quickly and accurately, then prepare them for dispatch or set them aside on time.
- Keep track of stock and maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
- Advise and assist customers in the store.
- Work with the team towards shared goals and contribute to a safe working environment, guiding colleagues in safe working practices.
- Use current tools and systems, learn quickly and share ideas.
