The role
At our client company in Holten, you will work in a warehouse for food products. Using a reach truck, you will move pallets, store and retrieve goods from racking, and help make sure goods are ready for transport on time. The warehouse has a chilled area at around +4 °C and a freezer area at around -20 °C. Warm workwear is provided for the cold areas.
You will work a two-shift schedule: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00.
What you will do
- Move pallets using a reach truck.
- Store and retrieve goods from racking.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Scan goods using a handheld scanner.
- Check quantities and report any damage.
- Keep the work area safe and tidy.
What you bring
- A valid reach truck certificate and experience operating a reach truck.
- Experience in logistics.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- A willingness to work in a cold environment.
- A safe, accurate and responsible approach, reliability, motivation and the ability to work well with colleagues.
