Work full time on the day shift in Benthuizen. You will move goods using a reach truck and help with order picking, dispatch, loading and unloading, and stock checks. Gross pay is €2,800 per month for a 40-hour week.
The role
Our client company in Benthuizen is looking for a reach truck operator. You will work in a warehouse, making sure goods are moved and stored safely and efficiently.
Your duties
- Move and store goods using a reach truck.
- Pick orders and prepare them for dispatch.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Check goods and quantities.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe and orderly, and help colleagues with other warehouse tasks when needed.
You will follow the applicable quality, hygiene and safe-working procedures.
Hours and offer
This is a full-time role: 40 hours per week on the day shift, Monday to Friday.
- Gross salary: €2,800 per month for a 40-hour week.
- Temporary contract for seven months or one year, depending on your experience, with the possibility of a permanent position.
- Bonus scheme based on your performance and results.
- 8% holiday allowance, annual leave and a pension arrangement under the applicable collective labour agreement.
What you bring
- Education at VMBO/MBO level.
- Reach truck experience is an advantage.
- A valid reach truck certificate is an advantage. You are welcome to apply if you do not yet have one or if it has expired.
- Good command of Dutch and availability to work full time, Monday to Friday.
- An accurate, independent approach and the physical ability to carry out warehouse work.
- A team-focused attitude, willingness to help colleagues, and a keen, hands-on approach to learning and work.
