The role
As a reach truck driver at our client company in Breda, Noord-Brabant, you support the packaging area. You make sure products and packaging materials reach the packaging lines on time and move them away when needed. You also ensure waste is removed appropriately.
You review the production plan and check the reach truck before starting work. You keep intermediate stock in order, record movements in SAP using handheld scanners, investigate stock discrepancies and correct records when needed.
You carry out quality checks in line with the quality system. You keep the intermediate storage area and aisles clean and safe, follow hygiene requirements, perform minor maintenance and inspect the reach truck regularly. At the end of the day, you complete the records and hand over relevant information.
