Work at a distribution centre in Apeldoorn, unloading and processing incoming goods, replenishing picking locations with a reach truck and moving prepared orders. Early and late shifts alternate weekly.
The role
As a reach truck driver at our client company in Apeldoorn, you unload incoming trucks and containers, check and process the goods, and put them in the correct warehouse locations. You use a forklift or reach truck to replenish picking locations, so order pickers have enough stock and orders can be completed.
You maintain an overview, work safely and accurately, and help colleagues move prepared orders when needed. Work can become busy when deliveries and dispatches coincide.
Working hours
You work a two-shift pattern that alternates weekly. The early shift ends at 15:00; the late shift runs from 15:00 to 00:00.
What you bring
- A valid reach truck licence.
- A forklift certificate.
- Experience in a similar logistics role.
- A hands-on attitude, a critical eye and an accurate approach to work.
