Operate a reach truck in a chilled and frozen warehouse in Barneveld. You will handle pallets and support loading, unloading, order picking and dispatch preparation on a rotating two-shift schedule.
The role
A client company in Barneveld is looking for an experienced reach truck driver for a chilled and frozen warehouse. Temperatures can fall to -18 °C. You will place pallets carefully in the racking and retrieve them when needed. You will also help with other warehouse duties:
- Load and unload trucks using an electric pallet truck (EPT).
- Pick orders.
- Wrap goods and prepare them for dispatch.
Shifts
You will work a two-shift rotation with alternating early and late shifts: 04:00–13:00 and 13:00–22:00. Flexibility to work Saturdays is desirable. Sundays are always off.
What you bring
- A valid reach truck certificate and the ability to operate the equipment safely.
- A good command of Dutch.
- Experience in a warehouse environment.
- Residence within 30 kilometres of Barneveld.
- A flexible and reliable approach.
- The ability to work accurately and independently, and as part of a team.
- The ability to work in cold conditions down to -18 °C.

- Gross monthly salary of €2,717.80–€3,306.57 under the Dutch collective labour agreement for professional goods transport (CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer), pay scale C. Additional allowances are paid on top.
