At our client company, you support purchasing and assortment management for retail and food and beverage. You work with sales data, margins and stock, keeping item, pricing and product information up to date.
Responsibilities
- Help build and maintain the assortment.
- Monitor sales data, margins and stock, and translate these into day-to-day practice.
- Manage and update item, pricing and product information.
- Place orders, liaise with suppliers, check incoming invoices and ensure they are processed correctly in the administration.
- Support new product launches and assortment changes. Work with marketing and external parties to keep menu and product communications current.
- Prepare and update work instructions and allergen information. Ensure products meet applicable legal requirements and required certification standards.
What you bring
- An MBO-level qualification in a commercial, administrative or logistics field.
- An affinity for retail, food and beverage and/or leisure.
- Your own means of transport to reach the work location.
- Good spoken and written Dutch, plus knowledge of spoken English.
- An analytical, accurate and structured approach to work.
Employment conditions
- Permanent employment for 38 hours a week.
- Monthly salary of €2,645.47–€3,289.31 based on full-time hours.
- 25 days of annual leave based on full-time hours, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme.
