Lead a team in a modern parts warehouse in Emmeloord. You will oversee warehouse operations, purchasing, dispatch and order flow. Full-time, 40 hours per week, on a temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent role.
The role
As team leader, you will manage the modern parts warehouse and dispatch operation at our client company in Emmeloord.
You will lead a team and oversee incoming and outgoing goods and the order flow. You will coordinate sales orders, purchase parts and maintain contact with international suppliers. You will also negotiate with suppliers, agree prices with customers in consultation with management, and handle complaints.
This role combines logistics, technical knowledge, purchasing and customer contact. You do not need to know every part from day one; technical aptitude will help you learn on the job.
Hours and contract
Full-time, 40 hours per week. This is a temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
What you bring
- Completed MBO+ education, preferably in installation or electrical engineering.
- Technical aptitude.
- Able to communicate in English; German is an advantage.
- Comfortable using computers or quick to learn systems, including ERP and Office applications.
- Customer-focused, accurate and hands-on.
- You live in the Emmeloord area.
