The role
As a warehouse operative in Breda, North Brabant, you will support stock replenishment, order handling and dispatch. You will use an electric pallet truck and a scanner. Depending on your work area, you will replenish shelves, pick customer orders, recount items and record quantities accurately, check orders and make them ready for dispatch. You will help with other tasks when needed. This is physical work involving a lot of walking, around 15,000 steps per day on average.
Hours and shifts
You will work 12–24 hours per week in changing early, daytime, late and weekend shifts. Working hours fall between 05:00 and 22:00, and availability mainly at weekends is important. A 12-hour week is spread over 3–4 days; a 24-hour week over 4–5 days. You can block out 1–2 regular days each week when you are unavailable for shifts.

- Dutch or fluent English.
- A BHV workplace emergency-response certificate, or willingness to obtain one.

- Willingness to learn; previous experience is less important than learning readiness.
What is offered
- All-in hourly pay from €17.74 for workers aged 18 and over, depending on knowledge and experience. It includes a 13th-month payment and 8% holiday pay, normally paid in December and May; monthly payment is also an option.
- A 50%–100% shift premium for irregular hours on weekdays and Saturdays before 07:00 or after 21:00. The premium applies throughout Sundays and public holidays.
- An annual collective bonus scheme, set each year, worth up to 150% of gross monthly salary.
