The role
At our client company in Amsterdam, you will lead the order-picking team directly on the warehouse floor. You will allocate work, keep track of progress and adjust priorities when it gets busy. Together, you will ensure orders for hospitality customers are complete, carefully prepared and ready for transport on time.
You will monitor quality and pace, including logistics KPIs such as the number of orders picked per hour. You will motivate colleagues, contribute to a positive working atmosphere, identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements. You will also work with colleagues in logistics, planning and transport.
