The role
As an order-picking team leader, you directly lead the team on the work floor. At our client company in Apeldoorn, you and your colleagues make sure orders for hospitality customers are picked accurately, complete and ready for transport on time.
You keep an overview, allocate tasks and adjust the work when it gets busy. You monitor quality and output, including the number of orders picked per hour. You motivate colleagues, help maintain a positive working atmosphere and identify bottlenecks. You also suggest improvements and work with colleagues in logistics, planning and transport.
Work and schedule
You work 40 hours per week on the late (evening) shift.

- Experience leading larger groups of employees.
- The ability to maintain oversight and work in a structured way, including during busy periods.
- A clear, practical approach to directing colleagues.
- You are comfortable being visibly present on the work floor.
