Our client is looking for a careful order picker in Rungis to prepare fresh produce orders. The role is full-time, starts at 03:00, includes Saturday work and offers a permanent contract.
The role
In Rungis, you will help prepare the sales area for fresh fruit and vegetables and pick customer orders. Working with the sales team, you will arrange the display, present products neatly and keep walkways clear and safe. At the end of the day, you will put products away according to storage instructions.
Responsibilities
- Check which products are available in the sales area and stock area at the start of the day.
- Pick customer orders carefully, checking product quality, quantities and traceability.
- Build pallets safely and handle delicate products with care.
- Weigh and label orders, prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, and place completed orders in designated areas.
- Keep sales, storage and receiving areas clean, remove waste and carry out daily cleaning.
- Work with sales, logistics and transport teams, and pass information on to customers and the sales team.
Schedule and offer
- Full-time, on-site work in Rungis.
- Start time is 03:00; work on Saturdays is required.
- Permanent contract.
