The role
As an order picker at our client company, you make sure orders are complete and ready on time. You pick orders using a voice-picking system and help keep goods moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Move finished products and empty roll cages to the order-picking area, and take full roll cages to dispatch.
- Label products correctly and complete simple records.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods and prepare goods for dispatch.
- Check quantities, packaging and temperatures.
- Keep the work area clean and follow safety and quality requirements.
Hours and location
This is a 38-hour-per-week role in Greenport Venlo. Shifts vary and include weekends and public holidays.
What you bring
- MBO-level knowledge and skills, gained through education or relevant logistics experience.
- Valid forklift and EPT certificates.
- Spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of BRC and HACCP.
- Flexibility to work changing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- An accurate, practical approach, with the ability to keep an overview, coordinate with colleagues and pay close attention to safety and detail.
What is offered
- Gross monthly salary of €2,477.85 to €3,140.19; the exact rate depends on demonstrable experience.
