The role
As an operating-room logistics assistant, you make sure materials and supplies for planned and unplanned operations are available on time. You check and prepare the required items, manage stock and support logistics processes and internal transport. You can also contribute ideas to improve logistics processes and service. You work in the operating-room complex of our client company and coordinate with the operating-room team and other healthcare professionals.
Schedule and location
You work at sites in Goes and Vlissingen, mainly Monday to Friday, on varied day shifts. The position is 24 to 32 hours per week.
What you bring
- At least a Dutch MBO level 3 diploma.
- A diploma in Operating Room Logistics, or willingness to obtain one.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and sterile supplies, or willingness to learn.
- A flexible, proactive and accurate approach; you work hygienically and are service-oriented.
- Good communication skills, a team mindset and a sense of humour.
- Ability to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
What is offered
- A temporary one-year contract for 24 to 32 hours per week; a permanent position may be considered afterwards.
- Gross monthly salary of €2,630 to €3,724, based on a 36-hour working week.
