The role
In a warehouse in Amsterdam, you help make sure shipments are ready for the morning departure. You combine products picked by order pickers with supplier deliveries to prepare complete shipments for the correct route. You stay active throughout the shift and work in a chilled environment.
Hours
You work three night shifts per week, from 10:00 p.m. until around 6:00 a.m., for a minimum of 24 hours per week. Working additional nights is possible.
What you bring
- Good physical fitness and the ability to stay active throughout the shift.
- Availability for three nights per week.
- Availability on Mondays and Sundays is an advantage.
Pay and benefits
Gross pay is €15.20–€15.67 per hour, plus holiday allowance. The evening and night shift premium can reach 50% on top of your hourly pay. Work in the chilled area carries an additional allowance of €0.58 gross per hour; work in the freezer carries an additional €1.32 gross per hour.
You receive a free lunch and, on evening or night shifts, a free healthy hot meal. Work clothing and shoes are provided. Food and drinks are available to buy at reduced prices. You can also work out at a gym at a reduced rate. Team activities include an annual barbecue, boot camp, workshops and Friday afternoon get-togethers.
