The role
At our client company in Cournon d'Auvergne, you will work on site in a varied logistics role, combining chemical product packaging with warehouse tasks and order preparation.
- Package bulk products in IBCs, drums and jerrycans, and carry out product formulation operations.
- Receive bulk deliveries and transfer the products to storage tanks. Take samples and perform the associated checks.
- Label packaging in line with procedures; inspect, clean and organize containers, and monitor bulk-product stocks.
- Load and unload trucks, and receive, inspect and store goods.
- Prepare customer orders in line with procedures and quality requirements, and coordinate shipments with carriers.
- Handle customer returns and non-conforming products, maintain stock accuracy and help with inventory counts.
- Keep work and storage areas clean and organized, and report any malfunctions.
What you bring
- CACES forklift certification for category 3 is required.
- Experience in logistics, order preparation, packaging or an industrial setting.
- You are thorough, organized and able to work independently. You work well in a team, follow procedures and pay attention to quality, safety, health and environmental requirements.
