Permanent, full-time warehouse role in Lutterworth. Move stock and operate MHE safely on a rotating 4-on, 4-off day/night schedule. Pay: £14.69 per hour plus a £3,900 annual shift allowance.
The role
In this permanent, full-time role at a distribution centre in Lutterworth, you will carry out warehouse duties in line with operational needs and your training. You will support stock flow from goods receipt to dispatch and safely operate material handling equipment (MHE).
Key duties
- Complete warehouse tasks in line with operational requirements, procedures and training.
- Move, store and replenish stock and prepare it for dispatch.
- Operate MHE safely and efficiently in line with site procedures.
- Carry out pre-use checks and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
- Follow risk assessments, quality standards and health and safety requirements; identify and report hazards.
- Support investigations into MHE incidents or near misses when required.
- Maintain the required competency level and take part in refresher training.
Shifts and pay
You will work a rotating 4-on, 4-off pattern with day and night shifts. Shifts rotate weekly: 06:00–18:00 (days) and 18:00–06:00 (nights). Flexibility is required during peak periods.

What you bring
- A valid MHE licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
