The role
As a logistics worker at our client company in Helmond, you will handle internal transport and a range of warehouse and dispatch tasks. You will ensure goods and materials are received and sent out to customers, production departments and the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using a 3-tonne forklift.
- Receive materials and check them against delivery notes.
- Store materials correctly in the intermediate warehouse.
- Move materials to production using the forklift.
- Communicate with production departments about the flow of materials.
- Complete the administration for your work accurately.
What you bring
- At least MBO-2 working and thinking level.
- Forklift experience and a forklift certificate, or a willingness to obtain one.
- A strong focus on safety, including when operating a forklift in a production area where people are working.
- A quality-conscious and careful approach. Many products are valuable, large and heavy, so they must be moved and loaded with care.
