Move pallets by forklift, scan goods and help with loading, unloading and preparing orders for dispatch. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Start on a day shift, then move to a two-shift schedule.
The role
At the client company, you will handle internal transport in a production environment and help load and unload trucks. You will move pallets by forklift to the correct locations across several warehouses and scan each movement with a handheld scanner. You will spend about 80% of your working time operating the forklift.
You will prepare pallets and products for dispatch by securing them and wrapping them in film when needed. You will also pick and pack some orders by hand, move packaging materials, keep the work area tidy, move waste bins and clean the forklift periodically.
Working hours and shifts
You will start on a day shift to learn the internal logistics processes. Once you can work independently, you will move to a rotating two-shift schedule.
The early shift runs from 05:45 to 14:30. The late shift runs from 14:30 to 00:15; on Fridays, it ends at 18:30.
What you bring
- Relevant work experience, for example from an internship or a recent job.
- A valid forklift certificate is preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch or English.
- A careful, quality-focused approach.
- Willingness to work two shifts and availability for full-time work.
What is offered?
- Full-time work, 40 hours per week.
- Gross monthly salary of €3,100–€3,600, including a 20% shift allowance.
- 38 days of annual leave based on a 40-hour workweek.
