Join the logistics team in Nijkerk, managing stock, handling picking orders and preparing shipments. If you do not yet have a forklift certificate or VCA certificate, you can obtain them through our client company.
The role
As a logistics employee, you will work with the logistics team at our client company. You will handle materials and parts from receipt through dispatch and support stock control and logistics administration.
Your responsibilities
- Receive, sort, store and move materials and parts held in stock.
- Inspect incoming goods for quality and flag any issues.
- Operate a forklift and load and unload trucks.
- Process picking orders.
- Request quotes from transport companies and plan shipments for orders going worldwide.
- Prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain logistics documents and manage warehouse stock.
- Carry out other warehouse duties as needed.
What you bring
- MBO-level thinking.
- Motivation, eagerness to learn and flexibility.
- Accuracy, good organisation, communication skills and perseverance.
- Confidence using computers and Excel.
- English or another language is an advantage.
- If you do not yet have a forklift certificate or VCA certificate, you can obtain them through our client company in a short time.
