Lead warehouse logistics in Oude Pekela, coordinate loading, unloading, inventory and external storage, and guide a team of forklift drivers.
The role
At our client company in Oude Pekela, you are responsible for day-to-day warehouse logistics for raw materials and finished goods. You organize truck loading and unloading, monitor inventory and coordinate external storage locations. You lead a team of forklift drivers, set clear working arrangements and keep operations running smoothly.
Each day, you work with colleagues in transport planning, production, sales and quality, as well as with carriers. You maintain accurate stock records in ERP systems and ensure the correct transport documents are available for each shipment. You also ensure that work complies with food-safety requirements.

What you bring
- HBO-level working and thinking ability, plus a completed relevant MBO level 4 qualification.
- Knowledge of transport planning, inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Some leadership experience is preferred.
- Natural leadership, energy, proactivity, organizational awareness and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent command of Dutch, English and German, and experience with ERP systems.
