The role
As Logistics Team Leader, you will lead and coach a team at a distribution centre in Emmeloord, Flevoland. You will also take part in daily operations, helping ensure the smooth receipt, movement, dispatch and storage of goods.
Responsibilities
- Organise daily tasks, monitor the plan and set priorities.
- Direct colleagues and ensure efficient staffing and accurate recording of working hours.
- Work hands-on in day-to-day logistics operations.
